Elder Services Named a "Charity of the Month"
The Marc & Ernest Pallotta Foundation (funded by Ernie's Auto Wash) makes a donation to two new charities per month, and has chosen Elder Services of Worcester as one of it's "Charities of the Month" for August 2004. The Foundation was originally established by Ernest J. Pallotta (founder of Ernie's Auto Wash) in memory of Marc E. Pallotta, who lost his life in a tragic car accident in 1992.
The donation of $500 will go directly to the agency's Client Emergency Fund, which purchases products and services to assist elders facing crisis situations.
